PUREPLATE™(Rectangular / Oval Anodes)
The Pureplate™ rectangular and oval anodes are the most popular and
widely used anodes today. These anodes are manufactured with a dense, fine
grain structure and are free of all oxides and nonmetallic inclusions.
All Pureplate™ anodes are drilled and tapped for your convenience. Standard sizes:

PUREPLATE™ (STAR ANODES)
The star anode is the preferred configuration for high volume platers with enhanced surface area requirements. Due to its increased surface area, the star anode increases plating efficiency and reduces the frequency of anode changes.

PUREPLATE™("0F" OXYGEN FREE CHUNK AND BALL ANODES)
Pureplate™ "0/F" chunk anodes are manufactured with only high purity, virgin grade materials. Pureplate™ ball anodes are also available in 1" and 2" diameters.

PUREPLATE "D"
This is the preferred anode when increased surface area and less frequent anode changes. We manufacture these in pure tin & tin/lead alloys and can supply them in any length you desire. Curved surface which provides area larger area when compared to a rectangular anode. Contains more metal per inch than standard rectangular anodes. Requires change less frequently than star and rectangular anodes resulting in labor savings and reduced scrap. The PUREPLATE "D" is manufactured with high grade virgin materials to minimize sludge formation. Fabricated with Canfield's "cast in support" which eliminates separation of anode from hook, preventing down time and damage to plating tanks.

SILVER ANODES
Canfield silver anodes are produced from high purity virgin grade silver that is 99.95% pure. Our silver anode line consists of cones, "Silverflake", gum drops, "Electroflat" and ball configurations.

COPPER ANODES
Canfield copper anodes are available in standard phosphorized, high phosphorized, and oxygen pure specifications. Our copper anodes are available in ball, nugget, round and rectangular configurations.

ANODE RECLAMATION
A choice of cash reimbursement or credit towards future anode purchases is offered for pure tin and tin/lead anode butts.

HOT AIR LEVELING SOLDER
Manufactured from the highest grade virgin materials to insure consistent quality. Available in #1 bar and kilo bar sizes.

ANODE DESIGN FEATURES:
"METAL SAVER"
All Pureplate cast anodes are available with our unique "Metal Saver" configuration. The top corners of the anode are removed resulting in a savings of 1/2 lb. to 3/4 lb. of unused metal per anode.

"CAST-IN SUPPORT SYSTEM"
All of Canfield's cast anodes are equipped with our cast-in support system. This innovative device eliminates the problem of anode separation from the hook which can damage your plating tank and cause costly production down-time.
